AUTOGENIC THERAPY
As an Autogenic Therapist I can help with stress-related difficulties and anxiety in childhood and adulthood. Autogenic Therapy includes different self-help approaches and aims to improve general well-being, emotional balance, coping ability, concentration, self-confidence and quality of sleep. When practised regularly, it can reduce pain and anxiety. I am a member of the British Autogenic Society (BAS) and offer the following interventions:
